Refund policy

JUJUBA accepts returned items purchased on www.myjujuba.com within 14* days of the delivery date. You will receive a refund via original method of payment for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure the following criteria are understood prior to mailing in your purchase: 

• All goods must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached) 
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
• JUJUBA does not accept any exchanges
• All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted) 
• If your return does not meet the criteria above, JUJUBA reserves the right to deny the return.
